The gospel is the good news that the Father sent the Son, by the Spirit, to become a human being, uniting his Divine nature with a corrupted human nature. Throughout the whole course of his life, from beginning to end, he brought his corrupted human nature to fully participate in the Divine nature, resisting that corruption and ruling over it, transforming and healing it from the inside out. He died because of our sins, entered into death, and was buried. But God raised him from the dead, healing the corruption in his human nature once and for all, creating a new humanity for all. He ascended back to the right hand of the Father where he continues to resist and rule over the corruption in human nature through those who participate in him, visible and invisible forces of evil being made subject to him. He is the Savior of all, and without him no one can be saved.
