“WHAT ARE NOT TO BE FOUND IN THE BIBLE BUT WAS INVENTED BY CHRISTIANS” We will play the word game and apply this same criteria to Islam.
•1- The word “Bible” is not in the Bible.
The word is actually in the Bible. The word “Bible” is the translation for the Greek word Βίβλος “Biblos” which means “Book”. the VERY FIRST WORD of the VERY FIRST VERSE of the VERY FIRST CHAPTER
of the VERY FIRST BOOK of the New Testament is the Greek word
Βίβλος which means “book.” The word “Quran” is not in the Bible and since you require the Bible to say something for it to be true, the Qu’ran is not true because it is not mentioned in the Quran.
It’s first usage in the Old Testament (LXX) is in Genesis 2:4
Γέν. 2:4 These are the (βίβλος) generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,
HOWEVER… the Bible is mentioned in both the Quran and the Bible. If the Bible has to say something for it to be true, then the Bible is true because it mentions itself, not just it’s name but it describes it. The Quran mentions the Bible, I don’t recall seeing the word “Bible” in the Qu’ran it describes the Bible. Fortunately, the Qu’ran is a joke to most people thus we do not require it to say “Bible” for the Bible to be true but YOU require a book that is not the Quran to say something for it to be true- thus you appeal to the Bible but we don’t appeal to your book.
Both of our books describe the books in the Bible BY NAME: Torah, Psalsm and Gospel. Torah is mentioned several times in the Bible and the Torah are the first 5 books of the Bible (Genesis-Deuteronomy), Psalms is the largest book in the Bible with more chapters than the Quran. The Gospel refers to The New Testament which are 27 books. The words “Torah, Psalms and Gospel are in the Bible” thus, since the Bible has to say things for it to be true- following your criteria, they are true and they have to be read. Since you are enslaved to the Quran but I am not… YOU have to believe it too because Allah claims these books read by Christians and Jews are HIS revelations and you have to believe them. You found yourself in a dilemma little man…
Is the Bible called by other names in the Bible? Yes, the Bible calls itself “Scripture”, “Word of God” and other names and those names are mentioned in The Bible. Thus the Bible does describe itself.
•2- The word “CHRISTIANITY” is not in the Bible.
The word “Christianity” is a term to describe the system that includes the beliefs and the community of Christ. The word “Christian” is The Bible and it first appears in the book of Acts. It appears more than once. The word “Christian” was what the pagans would call the followers of Jesus, meaning “Little Christs” similar to how we call worshippers of Muhammad “Muhammadans”. Just like the term “Muhammadan”, it was meant to be a disrespectful term but Christians took it as a badge of honor to be called “Little Christs” and Christians do see themselves as sheep of Christ. Thus, since my book mentions “Christians” and you require the Bible to say something for it to be true- then it’s true. Your book also mentions Christians so you have to believe it’s true. The Bible DOESN’T have to say something for it to be true. There are Hindus, Buddhists and many other religions and the fact the Bible doesn’t mention them- does not mean they don’t exist. We can observe that they exist but YOU can’t believe they exist since YOUR book doesn’t mention them. If the Bible has to say something for it to be true, why not the Quran? Thanks for implicating that my Bible is superior to your Quran.
The word “Islam” is not in the Bible, therefore it is something Muhammed made up and it is false. (I’m using your criteria)
•3- The word “TRINITY” is not in the Bible.
I am not a Trinitarian personally so I will actually use your criteria LoL… However, YOUR book mentions Trinity so now you have to accept the Trinity UNLESS the Bible is superior and it has to say something for it to be true but not the Quran. The Trinity is what Christians observed when they saw the relationship between God, Son and Holy Spirit. Tawhed is not in the Quran but it is mentioned by Muslims, neither is praying 5x a day nor kissing a black stone but Muslims do it. Therefore, Tawhed is fake. Muslims praying to Allah and Muhammad and worshipping BOTH of them is not Tawhed. Thanks for exposing yourself.
•4- Going to “CHURCH ON SUNDAY” is not in the Bible.
Neither is going to church on Monday, Tuesday-Friday yet people still went to Church. Therefore, the emphasis is not made on the day of the week but whether or not you worship God. The Lord did establish the Sabbath- people argue on whether it is on Saturday of Sunday. Jews and certain Christian denominations worship on Saturday- most of Christianity do it on Sunday. Both are acceptable by God because he is being worshipped. HOWEVER…….
YOU require that we keep the Sabbath on Saturday so why don’t YOU keep the Sabath on Saturday hypocrites? God never told you to go to a mosque… he never told you to worship God on Friday so why do YOU not keep the Sabbath? The words “Going to mosque on Friday” is not in the Bible therefore, it is forbidden. I’m using your criteria.
•5 No any statement where Jesus said in his own word that “I AM GOD WORSHIP ME.”
This is the oldest line Muslims use and Christians are always refuting it. Since Jesus has to say something for it to be true, Jesus says he is The Son of God 185x and that he is the Way to God and that you have to HONOR the Son as you do The Father. Since Jesus has to say it for you to believe it, why do you call Jesus a liar and side with Muhammad?
Who did Jesus say that He was?
John 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
John 5:18 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.
– Jesus said that God was His Father. His claims to equality of God were based on His Sonship. This was the highest claim of Jesus.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
– God gave His only begotten Son. It is clear that God must have had a Son before He could send Him.
John 3:35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.
-The Father gave the Son all things, including me and you and your mother and all Creation. He is your Lord and your ruler and The Father made him your God. You have to accept it because Jesus said it.
John 5:26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself.
– The very same life that the Father has was given to His Son by inheritance. This is immortal, original life that the Son can give to those who believe (John 17:2). This was done at creation
as well, when the Son gave life to all creatures. The Father’s life flows out to all through the beloved Son. Jesus has life in the same manner The Father has life. That is a claim of divinity.
John 5:23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.<<<<<<<<
– We honour and worship the Son as much as the Father. They are both of the same divine nature. We pay supreme honour to God when we honour and reverence His Son.
Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.
How important is it for us to understand that Jesus is the real and literal Son of God?
1 John 2:22, 23 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
– If we deny that Jesus is the Son, we have the spirit of Satan (antichrist). In so doing we also deny the Father.
1 John 5:10, 11 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
John 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.
Some are confused regarding the word ‘begotten’ thinking it means the same thing as ‘created’. The difference between ‘begotten’ and ‘created’ is clearly seen when we compare Christ with Lucifer (before his fall). What is the difference between Christ and Lucifer?
Proverbs 8:24, 25 When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth.
- Twice we are told that Christ was “brought forth” or “begotten.”
Ezekiel 28:13, 15 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
- Twice we are told that Lucifer was “created.” Christ was “brought forth” while Lucifer was “created.” There is a world of difference between these two words.
To say that “begotten” means the same thing as “created” is to equate Christ with Lucifer! People should be careful before they dishonour Christ in such a way.
What important question did Jesus ask the blind man?
John 9:35-38 Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God? He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him? And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee. And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.
– Believing on the Son of God is our life-line.
•6- No any statement in the Bible where Jesus said “I WAS SENT TO THE WHOLE OF HUMANITY.”
John 17:18: “As You sent Me into the world, I have also sent them into the world.” Why do Muslims blindly trust Ahmed Deedat and not verify his claims or check them for themselves?
Matthew 28:19: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”
John 10:16: “And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd.”
Acts 10: 34-36: “So Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, 35 but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him. 36 As for the word that he sent to Israel, preaching good news of …”
Revelation 5:9: “And they sang a new song, saying,
“Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation”
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.
•7-No any statement in the Bible where it says Jews put Jesus on the cross because of “SIN OF MANKIND.”
“Christ died for our sins” (1 Cor. 15:3).
The first thing Jesus said regarding the ministry of the Holy Spirit was that He would convict the world of sin (John 16:8).
“He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree” (1 Pet. 2:24). In short, He died for our sins.
“all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Rom. 3:23). They also don’t understand that someone has to die because the penalty for sin is death (see Rom. 6:23). “Without the shedding of blood there can be no forgiveness” (Heb. 9:22). This is why Jesus Christ came and died.
2 Corinthians 5:14: “For the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this that one died for all. Therefore all died.” This verse obviously talks about a substitutionary death—Christ died for us.
2 Corinthians 5:21: “He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” Jesus Christ came to pay the penalty for your sin. Until you come to grips with the fact that you are a sinner, separated from God and under His condemnation, you cannot be saved. The penalty for your sin is not church membership, baptism or anything else. It is death.
Galatians 1:4: The Lord Jesus Christ is the One “who gave Himself for our sins so that He might rescue us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father.” He gave Himself for our sins; He paid the penalty and provided atonement.
Galatians 3:13: “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law.” How did He do it? By “having become a curse for us, because it is written, cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.” He came under the condemnation of sin. He became a curse and took the judgment that was due us by paying our penalty.
Romans 5:6-8: “For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will hardly die for a righteous man; though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” This is the amazing message of the gospel in a nutshell—Christ died for us.
•8- No dogma exist in the Bible that Jesus was “BORN ON 25th of December.”
Yup, you are right. He was probably born in March but we as Christians chose to honor him on December 25th. No big deal.
•- 9 “CHRISTMAS” is not in the Bible.
The word Christmas is not there but when Jesus was born, his birth was celebrated and he was worshipped. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with worshipping Jesus and celebrating his birth.
•- 10 No any dogma exist that Jesus was “CRUCIFIED ON FRIDAY.”
Mark 15:42 And now when the even was come, because it was the preparation, that is, the day before the sabbath…
Remember that the Jewish day began with the evening hours (at nightfall) and lasted until the end of the daylight hours (signified by nightfall of the next day). Therefore, the Jews weekly Sabbath began at nightfall on Saturday (which we would consider Friday night) and lasted until the end of the daytime hours on Saturday (which the Jews would consider the beginning of Sunday). It’s important to understand that their day was marked by “evening and morning” just as God declared it in creation (Genesis 1:5, 8, 13, 19, 23 31).
•-11 “GOOD FRIDAY” is not in the Bible.
For Christians, Good Friday is a crucial day of the year because it celebrates what we believe to be the most momentous weekend in the history of the world. Ever since Jesus died and was raised, Christians have proclaimed the cross and resurrection of Jesus to be the decisive turning point for all creation. Paul considered it to be “of first importance” that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and was raised to life on the third day, all in accordance with what God had promised all along in the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3).
On Good Friday we remember the day Jesus willingly suffered and died by crucifixion as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins (1 John 1:10). It is followed by Easter, the glorious celebration of the day Jesus was raised from the dead, heralding his victory over sin and death and pointing ahead to a future resurrection for all who are united to him by faith (Romans 6:5).
•- 12 GENEALOGY of Mary Mother of Jesus is not in the Bible.
Read the genealogy of Jesus through Luke ignoramus. Your own book agrees with Luke you takfir.
The genealogy in Luke 3:23–38 traces Jesus’ ancestry through Mary’s line. This means that Mary’s lineage is recorded in the Gospel of Luke.
•- 13 “CREATION” of “ANGELS” are not in the Bible.
I addressed this already.
•- 14 The word “JESUS” is not in the “OLD TESTAMENT” of the Bible.
The name Jesus is a translation of “Yeshua” which means “Yah is my Salvation” or “Yah Saves” and it’s a form of the word “Joshua”. “Yeshua” is in the Old Testament under those three meanings.
Additionally, it was Gabriel who told Mary that his name would be Jesus. The word “Isa” is nowhere in the Bible. Neither is “Muhammad”.
• -15 God the Father, God Son, and the God the Holy Spirit is not in the OLD “TESTAMENT.”
The Father is mentioned numerous times.
The Son is mentioned sometimes.
“Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? Who hath… established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his Son’s name, if thou canst tell?” Proverbs 30:4.
The Spirit is mentioned several times.
Isaiah 48:16 “Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me.”
•- 16 The word “JEHOVAH” is not in the NEW TESTAMEN OF THE BIBLE ….E•T•C
Jehovah is mentioned in the New Testament:
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the LORD ( God Jehovah Isa 44:6; Gen 17:1; Exo 6:3 ), which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.—Revelation 1:8 (DNKJB)
I am The Alap and The Tau, says THE LORD JEHOVAH God, he who is and has been and is coming, The Almighty.—Revelation 1:8 (APE)
Jehovah is also the name of God found in the King James Version, though not in the New Testament: “And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.—Exodus 6:3 (KJV)
There is opposition to the spelling and pronunciation, “Jehovah”, but God inspired His name to be written in the Bible:
By men speaking Hebrew and pronouncing the name as three syllables. By men speaking Aramaic and pronouncing the name as two syllables. Spelled as one syllable 50 times in Psalms and Isaiah
Considering that diversity of God’s name that He inspired in the Bible, who are mere humans that we should criticize one another’s spellings or pronunciations of His name, as long as it’s written or spoken with reverence?
Allah is never mentioned in the Bible, therefore, Allah is a false god. Some of Allah’s 99 names were stolen from Jesus by Muhammed.
Let’s reason together – Isaiah 1:18.
Have a great day and peace be unto you.
